Action if it should fall down:
There is a plastic film on the newly purchased suction plug as protection, which must be removed. The windshield must be cleaned with window cleaner. If the suction plug has fallen off, it must also be cleaned before it is put back. The arm that clamps the suction plug should be backwards and then the suction plug is pushed against the window while the arm is pushed forward to clamp the suction plug.
