Bed canopies – shielding around your sleeping area
A canopy made from shielding fabric is suspended around the bed to reduce exposure to high-frequency electromagnetic fields, such as those from mobile phone masts and Wi-Fi. RTK offers models in a range of materials and sizes for both single and double beds.

Choose the right canopy for your environment
Shielding performance depends on the fabric’s properties, how the canopy is installed and the frequencies present. A canopy does not shield against all types of electromagnetic fields and may need to be combined with other measures. Measurements before and after installation help you assess your needs and check the results.

A shielding mat beneath the bed may be needed to provide shielding from below. Follow the instructions for your chosen model and any grounding accessories.

Try it at home
When you purchase a canopy, we offer a home trial period of up to two months. If you return it in accordance with the terms and conditions, we will refund 80% of the purchase price. This offer excludes sleeping bags and Safecave products.

You can also rent selected canopies for up to two months. The rental fee is 20% of the purchase price, plus a refundable deposit of a further 20%. If you decide to keep the canopy, you pay the remaining 60%. If you return it, your deposit will be refunded. Safecave products are excluded.
