To be successful with shielding measures, it is important to measure before shielding to be able to determine what measures should/can be taken to reduce the electromagnetic field of the measuring object. To measure radiation from mobile towers, wifi, electrical wires and appliances, meters for electric fields, magnetic fields, radio waves and microwaves are needed. High-frequency radiation and low-frequency fields have different properties and require completely different measures to reduce the fields.
